About project
We executed electromechanical works for a residential tower in Riyadh, delivering integrated building systems that support full residential functionality and operational efficiency.
Our scope covered electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and low current systems (fire alarm, data, communication, CCTV, and access control), as well as full mechanical systems including HVAC, water supply, drainage, and fire fighting networks. The works were executed as part of a fully coordinated electromechanical package for a high-rise residential development.
