About project
We executed electromechanical works for Spin Box in Jeddah, delivering complete building services within a dynamic commercial facility environment.
Our scope included full electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, and low current systems (data, communication, CCTV, and access control), in addition to mechanical systems covering HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting networks. The works were delivered as an integrated electromechanical package aligned with the operational requirements of the facility.
