Engagement Framework

Project Initiation Requirements

All project engagements require a formal written agreement defining scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and commercial terms. Initial consultations and capability assessments do not constitute binding commitments until formalized through executed contracts.

Defined Scope & Execution Responsibilities

Each project engagement includes a detailed scope of work document outlining GSC’s execution responsibilities, deliverables, quality standards, and timeline commitments. Scope changes require written approval and may impact project schedule and commercial terms.

Multi-Disciplinary Coordination Model

Projects involving multiple disciplines (construction, infrastructure, MEP, etc.) are executed through GSC’s integrated coordination model. Clients acknowledge that execution involves coordination across specialized capabilities under unified GSC governance.

Partner Ecosystem Involvement

GSC delivers projects through a partner ecosystem including Al Danaj, The Four Golden Cubes, TACT, Al Raida Logistics, and Leed Land. Clients engage with GSC as the single point of accountability while execution involves partner capabilities under GSC coordination and governance.

Our & Client Obligations

Our Responsibilities
  • Execute projects in accordance with agreed scope, specifications, and quality standards
  • Coordinate partner ecosystem deployment and multi-disciplinary execution streams
  • Maintain ISO-certified quality management and safety systems throughout execution
  • Provide regular project updates and maintain communication with client stakeholders
  • Deliver completed projects meeting contractual requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Manage logistics, procurement, and resource allocation as defined in project scope
Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate project requirements, technical specifications, and site information
  • Grant necessary site access, permits, and regulatory approvals within agreed timelines
  • Review and approve deliverables, design submissions, and milestone completions promptly
  • Fulfill payment obligations according to contractual terms and milestone schedules
  • Communicate scope changes, additional requirements, or constraint updates in writing
  • Coordinate with third-party stakeholders (utilities, authorities, adjacent contractors)
Shared Coordination Principles

Large-scale project success requires collaborative coordination between GSC and client organizations. Both parties commit to transparent communication, timely decision-making, and proactive issue resolution to ensure execution alignment with project vision and delivery timelines.

Our Delivery Model

GSC operates through a structured execution framework designed for large-scale, multi-disciplinary project delivery. Clients acknowledge and agree to this operational model as the basis for all project engagements.

Integrated Partner Ecosystem

Projects are executed through GSC’s partner network where specialized capabilities (engineering, construction, oil & gas, MEP, logistics, manufacturing) operate under unified GSC governance. This ecosystem model ensures seamless coordination across disciplines while maintaining single-point accountability to clients.

Controlled Execution System

GSC maintains central project governance, quality control, and timeline management. All execution activities across partner companies are monitored through structured reporting, milestone tracking, and performance management systems aligned with ISO 21500:2021 project management standards.

Multi-Phase Project Delivery Approach

Projects progress through defined phases: initiation and planning, design and engineering, procurement and mobilization, execution and construction, testing and commissioning, handover and closeout. Phase transitions require client approval and documented milestone completion.

Liability Limitations

GSC’s execution obligations are subject to limitations beyond reasonable control. Clients acknowledge the following constraints on GSC liability and performance guarantees.

External Delays

Delays caused by third-party contractors, utility providers, adjacent projects, or client-side dependencies are outside GSC control. Timeline adjustments may be required to accommodate external coordination constraints.

Regulatory Approvals

Government permits, regulatory approvals, and authority-issued clearances are client responsibilities. Delays in obtaining required approvals may impact project schedules and are not attributable to GSC performance.

Force Majeure Conditions

Acts of nature, war, civil unrest, pandemics, extreme weather, or other unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control constitute force majeure. GSC is not liable for delays or non-performance resulting from such conditions.

Client-Driven Scope Changes

Changes to project scope, specifications, or requirements initiated by clients may require timeline extensions, cost adjustments, and re-coordination of execution resources. Such changes are addressed through formal change order processes.

Contractual & Legal Framework

Applicable Laws

All GSC contracts and project agreements are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia unless otherwise specified in project-specific contractual documents. Clients agree to jurisdiction and legal frameworks applicable to GSC operations.

Country: Saudi Arabia (subject to project-specific agreements)

Contractual Obligations

These Terms of Service establish the general framework for GSC engagements. Project-specific contracts contain detailed terms governing scope, payment, timeline, warranties, and remedies. In case of conflict, project-specific contractual terms take precedence over general Terms of Service.

Dispute Resolution Structure

Disputes arising from GSC engagements shall first be addressed through negotiation between authorized representatives. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as specified in project contracts. Litigation is pursued only when alternative resolution mechanisms are exhausted.
