GSC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale developments while gaining exposure to multidisciplinary project environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and construction plans.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Track project progress and prepare technical and progress reports.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and construction challenges.
• Verify quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.
• Ensure all work is executed according to applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
